Upcoming tasks
Upcoming tasks is most useful for providing an overview of meetings that have been successfully scheduled but have not yet taken place. This includes information such as the meeting creation date, duration, location, and participants.

Zoom.Ai soon users will also be able to cancel future meetings directly from this tab. For now, future meetings can be canceled directly from your original calendar (google or microsoft) or through the zoom.Ai chat assistant by asking your assistant to cancel or postpone certain meetings.

The following actions can be performed:

Cancel: to cancel an upcoming meeting (scheduled) click the ‘cancel’ button. This will notify all meeting attendees that the meeting has been canceled and the meeting details will be removed from all calendars.
Reschedule: coming soon!
Completed tasks
The completed task lists all of your zoom.Ai meetings that have been successfully scheduled, but have already occurred. Additionally pending or upcoming meetings that were canceled by the meeting creator appear here.

Active reminder
Active reminders (single and recurring) will Bulk SMS Sweden also appear on your active tasks page. Current reminders can be created by asking your assistant to remind you via your favorite chat platform (for example to create a reminder ask your assistant to “remind me for x” and set a time. For example “remind me to send a contract to emily jones on tuesday at 9 am “). Learn more about reminders.

From active tasks, you can easily cancel active (pending) reminders by clicking the ‘cancel’ button. The reminder will no longer appear after you do this.

To cancel an active reminder (pending or repeating) click the ‘cancel’ button. This will remove the reminder and you will no longer be notified.

Now let’s talk about proper etiquette for canceling a meeting. No matter what level up your corporate ladder, everyone’s time is equally valuable and important and should be treated as such.
