Usually this takes 15-20 minutes.

We will still be awake and the slightest sound will wake us up.

Stage 2
We are starting to lose consciousness but still not completely asleep.

We may not wake up to a light sound or movement in the room but if someone touches us, we may wake up

The main thing to note is that if we wake up while sleeping, we will feel extremely tired and lazy.

We may even feel that we haven’t slept yet.

But if we wake up at the end of sleep, we may feel happy, fresh, energetic and we feel like we’ve slept for hours!
